possibly.  the text is just a rough test.  i'm liking it though.

ducks unlimited

i've painted a few ducks for friends over the years.  they are all basically the same but with different backgrounds and different sizes.  i found a nice frame for this one at a store in the states.  the old fashioned nature of it goes well with brown and blue and simple duck.  i just have to repair a little section in the top corner.

acrylic smiles

i have been painting with acrylic on acrylic recently.  or plexiglass or whatever you may call it.

 

it can make for some neat effects through the acrylic.  i usually paint on the back and try to get things good the first time.  sometimes have to wipe or scrape the paint off to redo sections.  or just scrape off a bit of it and paint over for some neat effects.  the backs don't look as good.
